Please be advised that a penalty of 20% will apply if you cancel your reservation or if you do not use the rental (No Show).

If you cancel your reservation up to one (1) hour before the pickup time, a 20% penalty will be applied to the prepaid amount.
If you cancel within 60 minutes prior to the pickup time recorded in your reservation, a 100% penalty will be applied to the prepaid amount.
If you cancel after the pickup date and time recorded in your reservation, a 100% penalty will be applied to the prepaid amount.
If the reservation is not used or the rental requirements are not meet at the counter, a penalty of 100% will be applied over the prepaid value.

Please be advised that the following rental requirements must be under the reservation holder’s name:

Credit card with sufficient funds to cover the deposit guarantee.
Valid driver’s license with an expedition date greater than 1 year | A digital driver’s license will not be accepted.
The main driver must be at least 25 years old.

Sixt

In case you cancel your booking with an anticipation of more than 48 hours prior to the pick-up time registered on your reservation, a penalty of 20% will be applied over the prepaid value.
A penalty of USD 100.00 will be applied over the prepaid value if the booking is cancelled or modified within 48 hours or less prior to the pick-up time registered on the reservation. If the prepaid value is less than USD 100.00, a refund will not be granted.
If the booking is not used or if the rental requirements are not met at the counter, a penalty of 100% will be applied over the prepaid value.
